In accordance with the provisions of French law no. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, users of the Prugent website are informed of our privacy policy.

ARTICLE 1 - Why does Prugent collect personal data about you?

Prugent may collect and process behavioral data from its customers, prospective customers and website users, as well as data relating to interactions with the latter (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data"). Personal Data collected in connection with the use of the Site and Services are processed for the following purposes:

 - When we collect Personal Data necessary to improve the user experience;

- When we carry out statistical studies and measure the number of visitors to our websites.

Prugent only collects data that is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. These purposes are specific and legitimate and, under no circumstances, will your data be further processed in a manner incompatible with these purposes, except with your prior consent.

This charter sets out the commitments of Prugent for the protection of the Personal Data of visitors to this site and users of the Services. It also informs you of the procedures for collecting and using your Personal Data and the options available to you in this respect.

It may be modified at any time by PrugentWe will keep you informed of any changes, in particular to comply with any regulatory, legal, editorial and/or technical developments.

Prugent complies with the General Regulations of law no. 2018-493 of June 20, 2018 on the protection of personal data.

ARTICLE 2 - What data does Prugent collect?

The data collected by Prugent are essentially data retrieved from the contact form, i.e. [name, e-mail address and message sent].

 Behavioral data : Prugent may also collect your browsing data using data collection tools such as cookies, tags and any other appropriate technical means installed on the Services (hereinafter referred to as the "Tools").

 We therefore advise you to leave them active to take full advantage of our services and your browsing on our sites.

 At the time of each of your visits, and in accordance with the purposes set out in Article 2 :

- carry out statistical studies,

- optimize the website,

- adapt the content of a service to your behavioral data.

- more generally, to study your behavior during your browsing on the Site in order to offer you a better browsing experience and use of our Services.

Prugent attaches great importance to protecting the personal data of its contacts, customers, partners, employees and website users.

ARTICLE 3 - Who receives personal data?

Your personal data will be used by Prugent and its ecosystem. Under no circumstances does Personal Data fall outside this scope. With certain exceptions, in accordance with current regulations, your Personal Data may be transmitted to the competent authorities upon request.

ARTICLE 4 - How long is personal data kept?

All your data is confidential. The information recorded is intended for use by the company Prugent and its ecosystem. They are accessible only to departments and personnel authorized to access them.

 - They are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and three years from the end of the commercial relationship for customers.

- They are kept for three years from the last contact from the prospect.

Article 5 - What is Prugent's policy on cookies?

Prugent uses cookies and similar identification technologies.
A cookie is a small data file copied to your computer's hard drive by a website. It records information relating to your computer's browsing on a site (such as the pages visited or the dates and times of consultation), which can be read during your subsequent visits to the site.

Several types of cookies are used on the site for different purposes:

ARTICLE 6 - What are the safety measures?

Personal Data are confidential, Prugent limits access to company employees and service providers who need it to carry out processing operations.

 All persons with access to Personal Data are bound by a duty of confidentiality and may be subject to disciplinary measures and/or other sanctions if they fail to comply with these obligations.

ARTICLE 7 - What are your rights and how to exercise them?

You have a number of rights with regard to the processing of your Personal Data, subject to the limits provided for by the regulations in force:
- the right to be informed about the use of your Personal Data,
- the right to access the personal information we hold about you,
- the right to request the correction of inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous or outdated Personal Data
- the right to request that Prugent delete your Personal Data or stop processing them in certain circumstances,
- the right to withdraw your consent to receive information from us and to object to the processing of your data (in particular with a view to sending you commercial prospecting messages),
- the right to request that we return your data to you or transfer it to another service provider (right to portability),
- the right to define directives concerning the fate of your Personal Data after your death,
- the right to complain to the national authority in charge of personal data protection (in France, this is the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés, the CNIL, whose contact details can be found at https://www.cnil.fr/fr/vous-souhaitez-contacter-la-cnil).

If you wish to exercise a right, your request must be made in writing, signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing your signature. The request must specify the address to which the reply should be sent. Prugent will have 1 (one) month to respond following receipt of your request. This period may be extended by two months, depending on the complexity and number of requests sent to Prugent. In this case, we will inform you of the extension and the reasons for it.
